HR Coordinator: Payroll, Benefits & Compliance
Mission Critical Group - EECOE
Mission Critical Group - EECOE is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to manage essential HR functions from applicant tracking to employee termination. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of HR experience, including payroll and benefits administration, and be detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills. This role will require frequent visits to the production floor to ensure compliance and address staff needs, as well as proficiency in tools like Word and Excel.
