We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support day‑to‑day Human Resources and payroll operations. This role plays a key part in delivering a positive employee experience by assisting with payroll entries, onboarding and off‑boarding, recruiting, benefits administration, employee records management, and HR compliance.
Assist with collecting timesheets and verifying payroll entries
Assist with recruiting ads, candidate screenings, interviews, and coordination of potential new hires
Assist with offboarding processes, including off‑boarding paperwork, COBRA, and equipment collection
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HR systems
Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with company policies and federal/state employment regulations
Support HR projects and initiatives as needed
Open to helping with office administration tasks as needed
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1-3 years of HR or administrative experience preferred
Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and benefits administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
Experience using applicant tracking systems
HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
