Human Resources Business Partner, Harleysville, PA (Onsite), $150,000 + Bonus

CHRO – Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic HR advisor to the CEO on workforce planning, organizational design, change management, and the responsible integration of AI and emerging technologies.
• Own employee relations end-to-end — investigations, discipline, performance management, and terminations — with consistency and sound judgment.
• Ensure compliance with all employment law including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO, OSHA, and workers' compensation.
• Lead recruiting for hourly manufacturing, technical, and professional roles and oversee onboarding with a focus on safety, quality, and cultural fit.
• Coach supervisors and managers on effective people leadership, accountability, and documentation.
• Support succession planning for critical plant and leadership roles.

CHRO – Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or operations environment.
• Broad generalist capability across all HR disciplines with no significant gaps.
• Large corporate or Fortune 500 background strongly preferred.
• Comfort and credibility on the plant floor with hourly employees and front-line supervisors.
• Strong working knowledge of employment law with the confidence to apply it independently.
• Familiarity with change management principles and an informed perspective on AI and workplace innovation.
• Strategic mindset paired with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality.
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent certification preferred. Bilingual a plus.

Team Structure:

• One direct report overseeing traditional HR functions (compensation, payroll, and benefits).
• Total employee population of 75–100.
