Description Your Role The HR Service Representative (Data Team) is responsible for data corrections, analysis, and tracking of all associate data, including benefits and Absence Plan data. Supports projects such as the implementation of new plans/functions, or projects related to the HRIS system, including release, regression and implementation testing. Works closely with HR, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, and Technology partners to ensure accurate associate data. Your Impact Manage & maintain associate and program data housed in Oracle HCM and Kronos (associate-specific data, benefits data, absence plans, etc.) Partner with benefits and technology to ensure absence plans (PTO) are accurate in all systems; implement new plans with policy/regulation changes Process corrections for associate data in Oracle HCM (hire/term date changes, PTO/absence changes, pay changes, job/title changes, status changes, location changes, etc.) Calculate and process PTO payouts due to associates at termination; input corrections/changes/errors Identify/process minimum wage changes in Oracle HCM – ensure associates meet minimum wage requirements and process pay changes accordingly to ensure compliance Enter Temporary Assignment Pay (TAP) changes for associates, audit TAP pay entries for accuracy, and end TAP pay assignments Process severance payments for terminated associates – ensure agreement is signed, payments are processed appropriately, and Outplacement Services are notified (LHH) Process global transfer data changes (associates moving to a new Legal Entity) – ensure all data changes are done correctly and timely to ensure no disruption to pay Track, manage, and collect benefits premiums owed by associates in arrears Audit data feeding to vendors to ensure accuracy (ex: insider trading designations, PT Hawaii, relocation data, stock data) Active participation in bi-weekly pay processing – audit and correct associate data to ensure payroll processes without data errors Review & resolve interface data failures with benefits administrator Partner with HR partners, payroll, IT, compensation, and benefits to troubleshoot associate data issues and resolve in a timely manner to ensure minimal disruption to associate access and pay Perform system testing during Oracle HCM upgrades, releases, and projects (new programs/functionality) – includes regression, functionality, and scenario-based testing Coordinate testing results with appropriate partners – share defects and perform follow-up testing Provide consultative guidance to HR partners on transactional best practices within Oracle HCM and Kronos Participate in special projects – enter and validate associate transactions timely & accurately Document all associate interactions and issues resolved in case management system Attend training and remain current with system upgrades; share information with teammates Train new teammates and participate in new teammate onboarding Manage confidential information with discretion Click here for benefit details related to this position. Minimum Salary: $21.00 Maximum Salary: $27.56 VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Qualifications Your Experience One or more years’ experience in Human Resources Intermediate/Advanced PC Skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) Demonstrated experience accurately and efficiently entering data into databases Experience working with peak season hiring, employee benefits, new hire orientation and other general HR principles, practices, and procedures Associates or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience Demonstrated capability to problem solve and analyze situations for the best resolution Familiarity with I-9 and WOTC preferred We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest records, conviction records, or other criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of any applicable state and local laws.
