Finance Coordinator

We are searching for a Finance Coordinator to provide onsite support for a construction client. This position is onsite, contract-to-hire, and pays $18 to $20 per hour. Responsibilities Review and analyze sales contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. Calculate and determine the appropriate sales commissions based on contract terms and sales performance. Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and track sales data, commissions, and financial reports. Collaborate with the sales team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to contracts and commissions. Prepare and present financial reports to management. Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in accounting or business-related field preferred. Proven experience in finance administration, preferably in the construction industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
