Are you looking for a rewarding provider opportunity with a great schedule?

PART TIME POSITION (3 days per week Monday, Wednesday and Friday)

Dickson, TN area
* *On-Site Clinic* opportunity caring for employees and their families
* Seeking Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an exciting and autonomous family practice/primary care practice
* Part time position with competitive pay and some benefits

Essential Job Functions:
* Provide comprehensive primary care to all ages
* Manage acute and chronic conditions
* Provide preventive and wellness services
* Offer wellness screening and health coaching
* Assist with patient education opportunities
* Offer occupational health services
* Drug Screens
* Vision Screens
* On the job injury screening

Required Qualifications:
* Tennessee NP or PA licensure
* Board Certified FNP/PA

Preferred Qualifications:
* Minimum of 1 years FNP/PA experience
* Occupational health experience

Connectus Health/UCHS is an equal opportunity employer
