Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Guide Patients and Family Members: Educate patients and their relatives about therapy methodologies to ensure continued progress beyond therapy sessions.
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical results and modify treatment plans as necessary, keeping patients on track towards their goals.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized program
• Ongoing education or further certifications are encouraged and supported

Licenses and Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification necessary
