Sales Representative - Tacoma, WA - Neurosurgical
Stryker Corporation
Field-based sales representative role focused on neurosurgical products across an assigned territory. Responsibilities include driving sales performance, supporting surgical procedures, educating clinical staff, and building customer relationships with hospitals and surgeons.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and meet quotas by promoting neurosurgical products in assigned territory
- Support product evaluations and provide on-site coverage during neurosurgical procedures
- Educate surgeons, nurses, and healthcare professionals on product applications and clinical data
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, health systems, and clinical stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and coordinate territory growth initiatives with regional leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years quota-carrying outside sales in medical device or healthcare
- Ability to provide in-person support during procedures in clinical environments
- Physical capability to stand extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout territory
- Medical device, neurosurgical, or surgical sales experience preferred
Compensation: 100% commission with eligibility for bonuses and benefits
