Johnson & Johnson seeks a Neuroscience Sales Specialist to drive pharmaceutical sales in the Tacoma, WA territory, focusing on CAPLYTA® and neuropsychiatric treatments. The role involves meeting sales targets through healthcare provider engagement, territory management, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and forecasts within assigned Tacoma territory through in-person and virtual HCP outreach
• Develop deep product and disease state knowledge for compliant clinical discussions with healthcare professionals
• Create local strategic and tactical business plans with territory-specific resource allocation and budget management
• Maintain current market intelligence on local practice structures, customer needs, and key influencers; share with stakeholders
• Manage administrative duties including call reporting, customer data, expenses, samples, and training completion

Requirements

• Minimum two years healthcare sales, account management, or B2B sales experience
• Bachelor's degree from accredited institution
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• 3+ years specialty pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
• Launch, antipsychotic, or bipolar disorder sales experience highly preferred
• Strong patient-centric mindset and commitment to improving patient outcomes
• High integrity and demonstrated compliance with company policies
