Senior Neuroscience Sales Specialist (Spokane, WA) - Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Neuroscience Sales Specialist for the Spokane, WA territory to drive sales of neuroscience medications, particularly CAPLYTA® for psychiatry. The role combines direct healthcare provider engagement with strategic territory planning and compliance management.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and meet forecasts by engaging healthcare providers in-person and virtually
- Develop deep product and disease state knowledge for clinical dialogue with healthcare professionals
- Create local strategic and tactical plans with accountability for budget management
- Identify customer needs and allocate marketing resources to support sales activities
- Maintain market awareness, track key influencers, and share insights with internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years healthcare sales, account management, or B2B sales experience
- Bachelor's degree from accredited institution
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record
- 3+ years specialty pharmaceutical sales preferred
- Launch, antipsychotic, or bipolar disorder sales experience highly preferred
- Strong patient-centric mindset and commitment to improving patient outcomes
- High integrity and compliance-focused approach to sales
