Project Transforming Hope, Contracted, Hourly Role is designed for the schedule of a classroom teacher with service after work hours and weekends About PTH Project Transforming Hope (PTH) is the gold standard in competency-based youth leadership development for young men in conditions of poverty across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Through a rigorous, fully immersive eight-month fellowship for students in grades 7 through 12, PTH closes the opportunity gap by building skills across four domains: economic mobility, holistic wellness, career readiness, and postsecondary opportunity. Each month, fellows explore a new topic through hands-on workshops led by industry experts, culminating in a group-designed capstone project. About the Role This isn't a job for someone who wants to color inside the lines. Project Transforming Hope is looking for a Program Manager, Cohort Experience: someone who will own the day-to-day heartbeat of a PTH cohort, designing and facilitating morning meetings, building original experiences that help students connect, and keeping the program running on data, not guesswork. We're looking specifically for a second- or third-year teacher who's craving a playground, a place to grow professionally and personally, tied back to becoming a better educator, without the constraints of a single classroom. What You'll Do Design and facilitate engaging morning meetings for your cohort. Build original enrichment experiences that strengthen students' ability to connect with one another. Track data and ensure survey/behavior tracking is complete and accurate. Conduct mid-year check-ins with Fellows. Apply risk management protocols across events and trips. Follow up with service providers to keep support continuous for Fellows. Represent PTH at community events, staff meetings, and the annual retreat. Attend professional development to sharpen your facilitation skills. You're a Great Fit If...
