Benefits & Extras Clear path to managing your own portfolio of clients Mentorship from experienced accounting professionals Exposure to a wide variety of small business clients and industries Stable, growth-driven organization adding new team members Professional office environment with a collaborative team culture Compensation $50,000–$60,000, depending on experience What You’ll Be Doing Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Perform bank and account reconciliations Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting Maintain accurate financial records within QuickBooks Support payroll processing and related accounting functions Communicate with clients and internal team members regarding accounting needs What You’ll Need to be Considered Strong proficiency with QuickBooks required Ability to manage/ be trained to manage bookkeeping responsibilities across multiple client accounts Professional communication skills with a client-service mindset Advanced Excel skills, including functions such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs, are highly valued Experience preparing financial statements and supporting month-end close processes Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-client environment #J-18808-Ljbffr ITAC Solutions
