Come see why our associates love working at MasterBrand.Job Description:The Production Supervisor leads daily manufacturing operations to ensure semi‑custom and high‑volume cabinets are produced safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. This role drives production performance through employee leadership, standard work, and continuous improvement in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role reports to the Manufacturing Manager.We are hiring two on‑site roles:1st Shift: Mon–Thu, 6 a.m.– 4:30 p.m.3rd Shift: Sun–Wed, 7:30 p.m.– 6:30 a.m.These shift times are approximate and could start/end early. Occasional overtime, including Thurs for 3rd shift and Fridays for 1st shift, is required for both positions.Hiring Range: $56,100.00-77,000 annually, paid biweekly.
