The Production Supervisor leads daily manufacturing operations to ensure semi‑custom and high‑volume cabinets are produced safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. This role drives production performance through employee leadership, standard work, and continuous improvement in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role reports to the Manufacturing Manager. We are hiring two on‑site roles: 1st Shift: Mon–Thu, 6 a.m.– 4:30 p.m. 3rd Shift: Sun–Wed, 7:30 p.m.– 6:30 a.m. Overtime is required occasionally. Hiring Range: $56,100.00–77,000 annually, paid biweekly. Eligible for an annual incentive bonus up to 5%. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise production teams in semi‑custom and high‑volume cabinet operations. Achieve daily output, efficiency, and on‑time production goals. Ensure PPE, safety, quality, and production targets are met on the assigned shift. Promote clean, safe work areas and actively identify and correct hazards. Create, maintain, and audit Standard Work to support consistent, repeatable processes. Balance efficiency and customization requirements to meet customer demand. Enforce company policies, safety rules, and operational standards. Lead continuous improvement efforts to reduce waste and improve throughput. Train, coach, and develop employees on equipment, processes, policies and quality expectations. Monitor key metrics including labor efficiency, downtime, overtime, and attendance. Leadership & Performance Skills Holds self and others accountable for results. Drives production output while maintaining quality standards. Communicates clearly with production teams and support functions. Builds trust through integrity and consistency. Engages and motivates employees in a high‑volume environment. Demonstrates resilience and adaptability when responding to changing priorities. Qualifications BS or AS degree in a technical or business‑related field preferred. 2‑3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing preferred. Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook). Strong analytical, problem‑solving, delegation, and conflict resolution skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Compensation $56,100.00–88,110.00 annually, paid biweekly. Eligible for an annual incentive bonus up to 5%.
