Location: Remote (Central U.S. Preferred)

Base Salary: $80,000 - $90,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $130,000 - $140,000

Our client, a global technology solutions provider serving retail and commercial organizations, is seeking an Associate Director, Commercial Accounts to drive new business growth across the Central U.S.
This is a fully remote, inside sales position focused on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective customers, and managing the complete sales cycle from initial outreach through close. The ideal candidate is a consultative sales professional with experience selling B2B solutions into retail-focused environments including grocery, convenience stores, quick-service restaurants, hospitality, gaming, or other multi-location commercial businesses.
This role is responsible for developing new customer relationships, maintaining a strong sales pipeline, and partnering with key decision-makers to understand business challenges and deliver value-driven solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, strategic outreach, and account development.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and discovery through negotiation and closing.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and executive-level decision-makers.
• Develop and execute territory and account strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline activity, and sales forecasts.
• Conduct consultative discovery calls and virtual sales presentations.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that provide measurable business value.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized customer solutions.
• Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
• Attend occasional customer meetings, industry events, and company meetings as needed.
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas. QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years of consultative B2B sales experience.
• Proven success in new business development, prospecting, and closing new accounts.
• Experience selling into retail, grocery, convenience, hospitality, restaurant, gaming, or similar commercial industries preferred.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage executive-level decision-makers.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline and accurately forecast revenue.
• Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to travel occasionally as needed.
