Job Title: Retail Associate Marketing Manager, Global M&M’S Retail

Job Summary

The M&M’S Retail Associate Marketing Manager will play a critical role in positioning the M&M’S Retail Stores as the heart of the M&M’S brand experience. This dynamic role blends brand marketing with cross-functional collaboration, media plan execution, and in-store activation to connect with our guests in meaningful ways. You will be responsible for translating our brand strategy into exciting, traffic-driving activities for our stores around the world.

What Will Be Your Key Responsibilities?

• Understand how to translate the M&M’S Brand Strategy into traffic-driving activities for our M&M’S Stores globally, including creating marketing plans to increase awareness of store locations, signature in-store experiences, and new merchandise offerings.

• Partner with retail media and creative agency teams to develop multi-dimensional support plans behind key retail activations and seasonal moments.

• Understand marketing plan performance and offer recommendations to increase the effectiveness of plans and identify new opportunities for growth.

• Manage marketing spend, including budget tracking, financial management, and the raising and processing of Purchase Orders (POs).

• Develop and present regular reports on marketing performance, highlighting key metrics, learnings, and opportunities for optimization.

• Partner with Human Intelligence to leverage guest data and brand insights to better optimize marketing plans.

• Represent marketing within cross-functional teams against the development and deployment of key brand initiatives and marketing of new product launches.

• Stay ahead of emerging retail marketing trends, competitor moves, and market shifts to identify growth opportunities and respond proactively.

What Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred

• 2+ years of Marketing work experience, ideally in Branded Retail

• Strong communication skills (oral, written, listening), including the ability to give effective presentations to all levels of management.
• High levels of interpersonal skills, specifically influencing without direct authority, resolving conflict, and creative problem-solving.
• Proven analytic skills are a must, including comfort with mining and analyzing data to develop clear and actionable conclusions.

• Work experience within CPG or Retail industries

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
