About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Global Market Access to lead the strategic development and execution of market access and health policy initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the successful launch and sustainable patient access to the company's targeted TCR-based immunotherapies for solid tumors. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare systems, pricing and reimbursement processes, and the ability to craft payer value propositions. The Vice President will also be tasked with shaping and monitoring medical benefit coverage policy, identifying and resolving reimbursement barriers, and engaging with a variety of stakeholders to ensure optimal access to the company's therapies. Applicants for the Vice President, Global Market Access position at the company should have a Bachelor's scientific degree, with an MBA strongly preferred, and at least 20 years' of experience in the biotechnology or innovator pharmaceutical industries. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in market access, including launch experience in the US and preferably in global markets. In-depth knowledge of healthcare systems, pricing and reimbursement processes, and experience with therapies administered in a restricted or authorized treatment center network are essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of medical benefit reimbursement mechanics, experience with government agencies, and a successful background in leading cross-functional projects and teams. The role also requires excellent communication skills, the ability to influence and align with a wide variety of stakeholders, and a collaborative approach to working with internal and external partners.
