HHA / ESCORT JOB DESCRIPTION :

Works one-on-one with a patient to manage their immediate needs while freeing medical staff to treat others in their care.
Your duties include the transport of a patient from one unit or location to another.
You may also transfer individuals from a wheelchair to a bed and vice versa.

REQUIREMENTS :

Updated Physical Form
Updated PPD/QuantiFERON
MMRV Lab works
