University Center is actively seeking CNAs to serve as Patient Escorts for our Skilled Nursing Facility in the Bronx, NY. Now hiring straight to the union!

Duties:

Escort residents to and from appointments
Observing and monitoring residents
Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse
Maintain confidentiality of all resident & facility data

Requirements:

Valid New York State CNA certification
Occasional heavy lifting may be required
Ability to follow the plan of care precisely!
Must be able to work as a team member
Valid photo ID
