Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW/MSW) – Inpatient Psychiatry - Fulltime Ally Psychiatry | Jasper, Alabama Make a difference where it matters most. Ally Psychiatry is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our growing inpatient behavioral health team in Jasper, Alabama . This position offers the opportunity to work on an inpatient psych unit at Walker Baptist Hospital in Jasper AL , where you'll play a vital role in helping older adults navigate mental health challenges while supporting their families through treatment and discharge planning. This is a full time position and we are looking for someone who is ready to make an immediate impact, and we'd love to hear from you. Ally Psychiatry is also happy to provide a supervisor for those individuals seeking to become full LICSW's! Position Responsibilities Conduct psychosocial assessments and intake screenings Provide individual and group therapy for geriatric psychiatric patients Assist patients and families with community resources and support services Collaborate with probate courts and other legal entities as needed Work closely with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, and the interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure exceptional patient care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Why Ally Psychiatry?
