Experience : Three (3) years of full‑time, or its equivalent, experience in use, installation, and evaluation of personal computer software packages for a variety of applications. Substitution : Additional experience of the type noted above may be substituted for the required education on a year‑for‑year basis up to a maximum of two (2) years. One year of additional experience may be substituted when possessing one of the following current and valid certifications: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Juniper Networks Certified Internet Associate (JNCIA), or CompTIA Net+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified Associate.
