They are seeking a HVAC Install Technician to join their team. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead and coordinate HVAC installation crews on residential and light commercial projects Install and commission ductless mini-split and air-source heat pump systems Perform electrical and mechanical tasks including wiring, mounting, and system calibration Maintain detailed project records and ensure compliance with safety and building codes Skills and Experience Proven experience installing HVAC systems, especially ductless or VRF units Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities Ability to supervise and train junior team members Excellent communication and customer service skills Benefits Health insurance, referral program, and more Weekly pay Brand NEW exclusive ETS benefit: Get paid whenever you need with earned wages on-demand.
