Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with multiple companies in Rockford seeking experienced Continuous Improvement Leaders. Key Responsibilities

• Drives the identification and implementation of process improvements across manufacturing operations.
• Leads and facilitates cross-functional teams using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to solve complex problems.
• Develops, coaches, and mentors employees on continuous improvement principles and tools.
• Establishes and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
• Conducts Gemba walks and value stream mapping to identify waste and opportunities for optimization.
• Standardizes best practices and creates documentation to sustain gains from improvement projects.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
• Proven experience with change management and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML applications in manufacturing for predictive analytics or process optimization.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop internal talent in continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR) to drive adoption of new processes.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in process improvement.
