This is an opportunity to join the Alair family and contribute to projects that set the standard for luxury residential construction throughout Alexandria and the Metro DC area.Learn more here: RoleWe are seeking an organized, proactive, and client-focused High-End Residential Construction Project Manager with strong scheduling, communication, and leadership skills.This role is ideal for an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager who has successfully managed custom homes, luxury renovations, or high-end residential construction projects.You will oversee projects from planning through completion while managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communication to ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.You will serve as the lead communicator for clients and project teams, building trust, aligning expectations, and maintaining clarity throughout the entire project lifecycle. The role requires managing multiple projects simultaneously while anticipating challenges before they impact schedule or budget.Success in this position requires strong organization, professionalism, and comfort using construction management software, scheduling tools, and digital communication systems.Key ResponsibilitiesManage high-end residential construction projects from planning through completion while protecting schedule, budget, and quality standardsCoordinate and lead project teams including subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and designersDevelop and manage construction schedules, budgets, procurement, and project timelinesConduct site visits and project meetings to monitor progress and ensure adherence to plans and specificationsAnticipate potential problems and proactively develop solutions to maintain project momentumProvide clear project updates to homeowners, leadership, and stakeholdersBuild strong relationships with clients while serving as a trusted advisor throughout constructionDeliver exceptional service that creates raving fans and clients for lifeCollaborate with architects, designers, and local trade partners to ensure successful project outcomesExperience, Skills & Qualifications5+ years of Residential Construction Project Management experienceExperience managing custom homes, luxury renovations, or high-end residential construction projectsKnowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor coordinationExperience collaborating with architects, designers, and trade partnersClient-first mindset with a commitment to exceptional serviceStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized and process-driven with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced construction environmentProficiency with construction technology and project management softwareStrong decision-making ability and time management skillsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary of $80,000 - $115,000 per year, comprehensive company-paid benefits, performance-based bonus opportunities, paid vacation, and potential flexibility for remote work allowances.
