Job Title: Room Attendant / Housekeeper
Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Location: Greensboro, NC
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Sunday, 8:30 AM – Until Finish

Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Room Attendants / Housekeepers to join a hospitality team in the Greensboro area. This position is responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and guest-ready rooms while ensuring hotel cleanliness standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms according to company and hotel standards
• Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish guest room supplies and amenities
• Clean bathrooms, vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and sanitize high-touch surfaces
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and guest readiness
• Restock housekeeping carts and maintain an organized work area
• Properly handle cleaning chemicals and equipment according to safety procedures
• Respond promptly to guest and supervisor requests
• Maintain productivity standards while providing quality room presentation
• Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and housekeeping procedures

Required Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping or room attendant experience required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Availability to work weekends and a flexible schedule
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
• Must attend an interview and screening process at our Greensboro office
• Must be able to interview with the client
• Must meet background screening requirements
• Must pass a drug screening

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in hotels, resorts, hospitals, or hospitality environments
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning products, and sanitation practices
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Customer service experience in a hospitality setting
