Logistics Coordinator

Schedule and monitor all inbound shipments according to PO timelines and department guidelines. Track and document vessel schedules, transit times, and delays. Ensure proper communication of shipment statuses to internal teams. Manage exceptions related to routing, schedule changes, or carrier adjustments. Support ISF and Customs documentation timelines. Maintain shipment data in internal logistics systems. Escalate transit delays, missed cutoffs, or vendor non‑compliance to management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
