From concept to execution, you will play a critical role in delivering experiences that directly impact our client's businesses. As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be at the center of our client's trade show programs - owning timelines, managing logistics, coordinating vendors, and ensuring that all the details come together seamlessly. You will provide expert guidance and exceptional service for our clients, keep projects on track, solve problems in real time, and work in close collaboration with our talented internal account, operations and creative teams. This position reports to the Senior Client Services Coordinator and offers a high-visibility opportunity to directly impact client success while working across a wide range of industries and live events. You'll collaborate with an experienced, supportive team and have a path to grow into more senior client services or account management roles. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Serve as the primary show management contact for assigned clients, providing responsive, high-touch support and guidance throughout their projects. Manage project execution from internal handoff or client request through order entry, production, shipping, and post-show follow up - ensuring all details are aligned and delivered seamlessly. Collaborate and coordinate closely with Nimlok Account, Design, Production, Warehouse and Sales teams to ensure our client's projects are successful. Manage project timelines and schedules, organizing critical deadlines in Nimlok North's project management systems, and own client decisions and internal accountability. Develop, manage and communicate show service estimates and documentation, including pricing, timelines and comprehensive show service synopsis to support clients' clear, informed decision-making. Coordinate all show services logistics and execution, including ordering services, reviewing floor plans and technical requirements and ensuring accuracy across all elements. Develop and manage positive vendor and venue relationships, collaborating closely with outside partners to ensure smooth show-site execution on behalf of our clients. Oversee transportation and on-site logistics, including shipping exhibit properties to and from shows, and coordinating on site installation and dismantle labor. Maintain accurate tracking of client inventory and assets, ensuring visibility and organization across all programs. Provide responsive support aligned with event schedules, including occasional extended hours (nights and weekends) as needed. Support overall team operations including general office, administrative responsibilities and other duties as assigned. The responsibilities, duties and outcomes of this position may change. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS 2+ years trade show, event planning, retail management, hospitality, logistics or similar fast paced, customer facing roles. Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a team environment while working under deadlines. Exemplary time management capabilities coupled with a strong work ethic. Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word), Adobe Acrobat Pro and Claris FileMaker (or other database experience). Ability to travel in support of client trade shows, on occasion. PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS Able to sit, stand or walk around for the length of work shift, up to eight hours. Able to work in conditions typical of an open-concept office, and quiet to moderately loud environments, as well as in conditions typical of a warehousing environment. Able to frequently push, pull, lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally push, pull, lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds. #J-18808-Ljbffr
