This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fabricator located in Mt. Joy, PA. The Fabricator will be responsible for interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, measuring and cutting metal components, assembling and welding parts, and performing inspections for quality. Additional responsibilities include operating fabrication machinery safely, maintaining tools and workspaces, and collaborating with team members on project timelines and objectives. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and precise craftsmanship to meet production standards.

• Proficiency in blueprint reading, technical drawings interpretation, and material measurement.
• Experience with metal cutting, welding, and fabrication techniques.
• Knowledge of and ability to operate fabrication machinery and tools with precision and safety.
• Attention to detail, quality assurance, and ability to inspect finished products.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Physical ability to meet the demands of the role, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Previous experience in metal fabrication or a related field is highly desirable.
• Technical training or certification in welding or fabrication is a plus.
