Licensed Practical Nurse

Hourly Pay: $28 - $32 per hour

Maxim Healthcare in (Phoenix) is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with a Pediatric patient in their own home. The patient is needing overnight G-tube, tracheostomy and ventilator care on Monday-Wednesday 9:00PM-7:00AM, Friday 10:00PM-6:00AM and Saturday/Sunday 7:00PM-5:00AM

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patients condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
