Registered Nurse - Dialysis

Role: The Acute Registered Nurse provides specialized dialysis care within a hospital setting, supervising patient treatment and supporting healthcare teams. Key Responsibilities Administer medications, perform assessments, and manage dialysis treatments including Hemodialysis, Peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and TPE. Ensure compliance with legal, hospital, and company policies, including safety checks and infection control. Maintain accurate documentation, communicate with physicians, and report incidents or concerns. Assist with operational tasks like inventory management, supplies use, and equipment troubleshooting. Promote patient education, quality outcomes, and foster collaborative relationships with healthcare professionals. Contribute to staff development, participate in team meetings, and support training efforts. Qualifications & Skills: Valid RN license, CPR certification, basic computer skills, and preferably, recent nursing or dialysis experience.
