Registered Nurse, ICU Experience: 3 years Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted) Certifications: BLS(Copy Needed)

ACLS(Copy Needed)

CERT-NIH Stroke Scale(Copy Needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 2 References in entire work history ACLS BLS NIHSS License in hand
