The best brands are built by the best people. Come build with us. Overview of the Role The IT Support Specialist will be well organized, detail oriented, and have excellent communication skills. Location: Chicago, IL will observe a hybrid schedule in office 3 days a week Salary: $65,000 - $70,000, based on experience, qualifications and skills. Must be a team player and be able to adjust to change and have an openness to learn . Learn the processes and procedures our IT team follows and become proficient in them Become familiar with our systems and infrastructure, including cloud and on-prem infrastructure Provide end user support for local, remote, and hybrid employees What You’ll do at C.A. Fortune Provide first-line support for onsite, remote, and hybrid hardware, installing software, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and training users on software and equipment Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions Triage issues and resolve them directly or route to the appropriate resource Provide daily and weekly updates to the manager on project status, new user setups, and open issues Manage day-to-day monitoring and maintenance of network and cloud infrastructure, including Microsoft 365 and Entra ID/Active Directory Administer and support the Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive) Support and help manage a mobile device management (MDM) platform for company-issued iOS, Android, and Windows devices Support both Windows and Mac/Apple hardware. Design and deliver training sessions that drive adoption of new technologies, including AI tools Provide proactive IT support: monitoring systems and flagging issues before they disrupt end users Support basic cybersecurity practices: endpoint protection, phishing awareness, and patch management Own new-hire and offboarding setup/teardown for desktops, laptops, tablets, and phones Stay current on emerging technology, including AI tools, and help evaluate and pilot new solutions What You Should Bring to the Table Minimum: 2 years IT field experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, evolving environment Proficient supporting the full Microsoft 365 suite Ability to train and instruct users of varying technical skill levels Strong documentation skills : procedures, network information, and asset tracking Experience with Android, iOS, and Windows mobile devices; MDM platform experience a plus Experience with Active Directory/Entra ID, Microsoft Exchange, Windows Server, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 Familiarity with basic cybersecurity/endpoint protection practices Curiosity and openness to learning new and emerging technologies, including AI-based tools Ability to lift equipment of 30 - 40 lbs PTO and Sick days 11 paid company holidays per year 1 Floating holiday 3 months fully paid parental leave (regardless of gender) Medical, dental, and vision Paid company life insurance 401k with company match Summer hours (half day Fridays from Memorial Day thru Labor Day) Come As You Are C.A. is committed to making our company more inclusive.
