Sales Assistant

Description Sales Assistant Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 8:30am-5:00pm Why you'll love this role Make a meaningful impact in a luxury senior living community by creating expectational experiences for prospective residents. Support the Sale Director in driving sales, marketing, and outreach efforts that help the community grow. What You’ll Do Provide administrative and sales support to the Sales Director and Sales Department. Coordinate community tours and follow up communications with prospective residents. Assist with sales, marketing, and community outreach initiatives. Maintain accurate prospect records and sales materials. Requirements You Bring 1+ years of sales or related experience, preferably in a senior living, hospitality, or related industry. High School Diploma or equivalent experience in lieu of education required. Strong organizational, time management, and professional communication skills with a collaborative, customer focused approach. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, mobile technology, and CRM systems; flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed.
