Role & Responsibilities Adoption of relationship‑based sales philosophy focused on information discovery Prospecting, lead generation, and building of referral business Sale of new memberships including Founding Memberships and Corporate Memberships Achieving or surpassing individual sales goals Knowledge of all member opportunities within the club and selling ancillary services; connecting new members to areas of interest to set them up for success and long‑term membership Working cohesively with a team of Membership Consultants, your Membership Sales Manager and VP of Membership Sales to be successful individually and as a team Establishing a strong sales pipeline, meeting sales objectives and collaborating with a team to achieve the overall goals of the business Managing select events geared towards engaging the membership base and/or generating interest in and excitement around the club Serving as a visible and active goodwill ambassador with members and at select special events Delivering superior customer service with an aim towards member retention Qualifications Analysis and understanding of key business metrics that directly impact membership growth Self‑motivated/entrepreneurial spirit with an outgoing, diligent, and affable disposition Superior customer service skills; excellent and clear communication skills, both verbal and written; strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel Passion for fitness with a team‑first mentality Ability to work on nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Compensation Expected annual compensation: $75,000–$100,000 base + commission per year. #J-18808-Ljbffr Chelsea Piers
