Quality Auditor - Long Term Disability

To support the quality assurance efforts within Workplace Solutions, the remote Sr. Associate Quality Auditor - Long Term Disability will conduct audits, analyze performance trends, and recommend process improvements while collaborating with various teams. Key responsibilities Conduct quality assurance reviews and audits to identify trends and performance gaps Analyze operational data to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions Develop training materials and educational resources to address knowledge gaps Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) 3+ years of experience in long-term disability claims Virtual Vocations Inc
