Recruiter

Pierceton, IN 46562 (Onsite)

3–5 Months (Temp-to-Perm)

Pay Range: $25.00–$30.00 per hour (W2, no benefits)

Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM-3:00 OR PM 9:00 AM-5:00 PM.

Job Summary

The Recruiter will be responsible for supporting recruitment activities, primarily for manufacturing and industrial positions, while assisting with the onboarding process for new hires. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently after receiving initial training.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit candidates for manufacturing and industrial positions across multiple shifts.
Manage recruitment for positions with varying start times, including 6:00 AM, 7:00 PM, and midnight shifts.
Support the onboarding process for new employees.
Print, prepare, and distribute new-hire paperwork and onboarding materials.
Conduct facility tours for new hires.
Answer questions and provide guidance to new employees during onboarding.
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout recruiting and onboarding activities.
Work independently after receiving the necessary training and instructions.

Required Qualifications

Previous recruiting experience; manufacturing or industrial recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
Ability to recruit for positions across multiple shifts, including early morning, evening, and overnight schedules.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after training.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A strong work ethic and commitment to workplace expectations.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience recruiting within the manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors.
Previous experience supporting new-hire onboarding and employee orientation
