Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT with us, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that meet each client’s individual needs.
\n
• Providing psychotherapy services to individuals and families in both English and Spanish, addressing issues such as relationship dynamics, depression, anxiety, trauma, and cultural concerns.

• Facilitating telehealth sessions in a secure, HIPAA-compliant environment while also conducting in-office appointments as needed.
\n
• Documenting progress and treatment plans accurately through Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

• Actively participating in supervision and team meetings to collaborate on best practices and share knowledge about various therapeutic modalities.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development to stay current with therapeutic techniques and practices.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, each with unique experiences and backgrounds. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree from an accredited program in Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• An active, unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Colorado.
\n
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Spanish, with the capability to deliver bilingual psychotherapy services.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting, particularly with children, families, and adults.
\n
• Demonstrated respect for cultural differences, with the ability to tailor approaches based on individual needs.
\n
• Training in evidence-based therapies such as CBT, TF-CBT, or EMDR.
\n
• Experience with a particular area of specialization, including but not limited to trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, grief and loss, or perinatal mental health.

• A strong commitment to ethical practice and adherence to HIPAA regulations.
\n
• Proficiency in EHR software and Microsoft Office.
\n
• A valid driver's license and personal vehicle with insurance are required.

• A willingness to maintain a flexible schedule, including availability for two evenings a week and one weekend day.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 105,000 annually, reflective of your experience and skill set, along with a signing bonus.
