If you answered yes to these questions, we should talk! Curries (an ASSA ABLOY brand) located in Mason City, IA is adding a new Reliability Manager role to our Operations team. This role will be based on-site. Responsibilities Develop and implement reliability strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of manufacturing equipment. Lead a team of reliability technicians, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management. Ensure timely and effective maintenance activities are performed. Implement and manage a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track equipment performance, maintenance activities, and spare parts inventory. Lead root cause analysis (RCA) investigations to determine the underlying causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions. Work closely with the operations and engineering teams to design and implement equipment modifications or upgrades that improve reliability and performance. Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to equipment reliability and maintenance effectiveness. Prepare and present regular reports on reliability performance, maintenance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives that drive improved machine availability. Perform special assignments and projects as assigned. Maintain a safe and harmonious working environment holding self and others accountable to OSHA and ASSA ABLOY standards. Assure compliance with federal, state, local and corporate policies, regulations, AADG programs and policies and the ASSA ABLOY Code of Conduct. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field. Minimum of seven (7) years in reliability engineering, maintenance management, or related role within a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated experience with predictive, preventive, and operator-based maintenance techniques and technologies. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM and other continuous improvement methodologies. Strong knowledge of reliability principles, predictive maintenance applications, and root cause analysis methodologies. Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software and data analysis tools. Leadership ability, excellent people skills, and the ability to develop relationships and influence all levels within the organization. Excellent problem‑solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions. Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
