Business Analyst

The ability to critically analyze complex business requirements/product issues.
• Proven understanding of Fidelity's end to end business process life cycle, data process flows, and plan level provisions is desired.
• Proficient understanding of core product mechanics, record keeping systems and regulatory environment
• Critical thinking skills and initiative; ability to think across Agile Squads and product categories.
• Ability to function at an elevated level in an exciting Agile work environment.
• Strong technical skills and an ability to apply them in an analytical process.
• Strong organizational skills to define and meet deadlines within an Agile squad structure.
