Administrator Responsibilities The Administrator for the Care Center is responsible for all operations of the Care Center, in accordance with the overall policies established by the Board of Directors, and in compliance with regulatory guidelines. Provides leadership and direction to ensure the efficient, economical, effective utilization for Care Center resources to meet the identified needs of residents. This position is also responsible for the Hospital District Nutrition and Food Services and Environmental Services. Position Qualifications Minimum Education Master’s Degree in business or Health Care Administration preferred. Minimum Experience / Skills Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in a Skilled Nursing/Extended Care facility as Administrator or Assistant Administrator required. Communicates effectively in verbal and written English, including composing letters, preparing reports or producing original documents in proper grammatical form. Able to perform basic mathematical calculations. Licenses / Certificates / Credentials Current Long-Term Care license. JOB STABILITY big plus.
