Payroll & HR Coordinator Onboarding, Compliance & Payroll

B&L Sheet Metal & Roofing, a Tecta America Company LLC, is seeking a Payroll & Human Resources Coordinator to handle payroll processing and HR support in a fast-paced environment. You will manage onboarding, employee records, OFCCP compliance, and benefits administration while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting for our Bloomington operations. This non-exempt role reports to the Accounting & Office Manager and requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the #J-18808-Ljbffr
