Experience: Prior outpatient rehabilitation experience preferred
Hourly Rate: $66.94

What You'll Do
- Assist in patient evaluations using formal and informal testing to assess skeletal, neurological, respiratory, and cardiovascular health.
- Develop goal-specific treatment plans based on assessment data and patient tolerance.
- Implement and modify treatment plans, collaborating with physicians and clinical staff.
- Schedule and coordinate treatment sessions, ensuring clear communication with patients, families, and caregivers.
- Educate patients and families about their conditions, prognosis, and treatment options.
- Document clinical findings and treatment updates accurately and in a timely manner.
- Support the physical therapy team with activities that promote patient recovery and well-being.
What You Need
Required:- Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in Michigan or eligible for license
- Basic understanding of outpatient rehab protocols
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Previous outpatient therapy experience
- Familiarity with assessment tools and treatment planning
This position supports the outpatient rehabilitation unit at a leading facility in Lincoln, MI. The role involves patient-focused therapy activities, including evaluation, treatment planning, patient education, and documentation. The goal is to promote recovery and improve quality of life through evidence-based practices.
