Agile Coach / Project Manager
Location: Alpharetta, GA, Berkeley Heights, NJ, or Omaha, NE
Duration: Contract
Rate: DOE
US Citizens, GC, EAD (H4, L2), E3 TN visa holders preferred, NO third party corp to corp accepted for this job Required
Required Skills and Experience
- Expert in Jira configuration, administration, and agile reporting
- Certified Scrum Master and/or Certified Scrum Master in scaled Agile framework (e.g., SAFE) and 5+ years of Scrum Master experience
- Advanced knowledge of agile theory, and methodology- including scaling techniques, rules, and practices, estimating/sizing, planning, forecasting, reporting, conflict resolution, and facilitation
- Ability to establish goals and objectives that support delivery execution for multiple teams, contribute to the direction of the function, and provide advice to the team and delivery leadership
- Ability to lead, plan, execute, and evaluate committed work activities to ensure the completion of initiatives
- Skill in mentoring, performance management, and, using analytical software tools, data analysis methods, and reporting techniques
- Proficiency in using computer applications including MS Office and industry-standard Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Knowledge of current and emerging competitors and market trends
Education
- Post-secondary education and typically requiring 7+ years of Agile experience
