Title: Clinical Operations Analyst
Location: 17200 Laguna Canyon Road Irvine CA 92618
Pay rate: $40 - $45/hr

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Analyst to support clinical studies within an R&D environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical research/clinical operations , strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with clinical sites, investigators, sponsors, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support clinical study operations, documentation, contracts, and SOWs.
• Process POs, invoices, site payments, and budget reconciliations.
• Coordinate medical device/equipment procurement, inventory, and shipments.
• Maintain device accountability and study documentation according to SOPs.
• Track study progress and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel .
• Communicate with clinical sites, investigators, engineering, and internal teams.
• Attend meetings and document study-related activities.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Clinical Operations, Clinical Research, Clinical Trials, or Study Coordination .
• Familiarity with contracts, payments, budgets, inventory, or medical devices preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel .
• Strong written/verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and cross-functionally.
