Job Description

Radiology Partners Cascade is seeking a Breast Imaging Radiologist to join a collaborative, high-quality team supporting MultiCare Health System in Olympia, WA. This is a 100% breast imaging role with strong clinical support, no call requirements, and flexible scheduling options.

• 100% Breast Imaging Focus – including advanced proficiency in Breast MRI
• No Call Responsibilities – fully protected work-life balance
• Flexible Employment Options – Full-time, Part-time, or Independent Contractor
• Hybrid Model – Onsite daytime coverage with remote reading options
• Daytime Schedule – Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST
• Expanding Breast Program with increasing patient volume and services
• Collaborative, community-focused practice environment

• Newly expanded MultiCare Breast Center with increased capacity
• 3D Mammography (Tomosynthesis) + stereotactic biopsy capabilities
• Modern imaging infrastructure with efficient workflow tools and support staff
• Integrated within a 107-bed community hospital with strong referral base

• $525,000 – $575,000 base salary + additional incentives

• Residency in Diagnostic Radiology from an ACGME-accredited program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (ABR or AOBR)
• Breast Imaging / Mammography fellowship preferred
• MQSA certification preferred
• Ability to obtain or hold a Washington medical license
• Expertise in breast imaging, including Breast MRI interpretation
