Qualifications:

• Active RN license, eligible for North Carolina practice
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in Stepdown or Cardiac Stepdown care
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proven ability to adjust to fast-paced, dynamic environments

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to cardiac and stepdown patients
• Monitor vital signs, manage cardiac drips, and interpret telemetry
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
