Content Manager

Virtual Vocations Inc

Hands-on and detail-oriented, the fully remote Content Manager will lead day-to-day digital content management and web publishing for a high-visibility federal program, performing content updates and coordinating team assignments to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. Key responsibilities Perform hands-on content updates, including uploads, revisions, and policy changes Review and quality-check all updates for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with federal requirements Manage incoming requests and the Jira board, ensuring timely completion and team accountability Required qualifications Must be a US citizen and able to pass and maintain a Public Trust Clearance Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, User Experience, Computer Science, or a related field 7+ years of experience in digital content management or related roles, with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance Demonstrated experience managing digital content in a government or public-sector environment Strong understanding of federal accessibility requirements, including Section 508 compliance
