Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT project management experience.
• Experience managing public-sector technology projects preferred.
• PMP Certified from PMI
• Data integration, systems integration, API, middleware, or data modernization project experience strongly preferred.
• Experience coordinating technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and third-party partners.
• Strong experience managing project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, action items, and status reporting.
• Experience supporting requirements, design, development/configuration, testing, implementation, and production transition.
• Excellent communication, organization, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project coordination, schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate integration, technical, business, vendor, and agency stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings and track decisions and action items.
• Monitor deliverables, testing, implementation readiness, and project status.
• Support executive/status reporting and project documentation.
• Help coordinate phased migration and implementation activities.
