We are hiring a Property Care Field Assistant to support our vacation rental homes in Sisters, Oregon. This is a part-time role with the opportunity for full-time hours during peak seasons .
This position is a hybrid role that includes housekeeping, property inspections, and basic property care tasks to ensure homes are clean, stocked, and guest-ready.
You will primarily perform piece-rate housekeeping cleans and also provide inspection support when demand is high or additional coverage is needed.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare vacation rental homes for guest arrivals
- Perform property inspections before and after stays
- Restock supplies and ensure homes are properly staged
- Report maintenance issues and assist with minor property care tasks
- Step in to assist with inspections during busy periods
Pay Structure:
- Piece-rate pay per clean
- Hourly pay for inspections and property support tasks
- More hours available during peak seasons
Schedule:
- Part-time with flexible scheduling
- Weekend and holiday availability required
- Increased hours during summer and holiday seasons
Requirements:
- Must live in or near Sisters, OR
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to perform physical work (cleaning, lifting, etc.)
- Prior housekeeping or similar experience preferred
