This position reports directly to the housekeeping manager and is the weekend/back up relief inspector for coordination and quality control for the shift work of the housekeeping department employees.ResponsibilitiesCreate daily task assignments for housekeepers and laundry attendantsInspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness and qualityOversee team members to uphold quality and time standardsAssist the housekeeping manager with inventory and ordering as neededAssist in the training of new team members as neededCoordinate & organize laundry functionsCommunicate with other departments including maintenance and front deskTake care of dishes, room deliveries and special requestsAssist where needed for projects and on a daily basis to ensure rooms are done on time and laundry operations run smoothlyMotivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the jobEnsure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areasSkillsWork experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor, Housekeeping Inspector, or similar roleHands-on experience with cleaning and/or laundryAbility to use industrial cleaning equipment and productsExcellent organizational and team management skillsStamina to handle the physical demands of the jobFlexibility to work various shifts, including holidays and weekendsHigh school diploma is a plusBilingual (English/Spanish) preferredCompensation Package$22 per hour and up based on experienceTeledoc - FREE virtual health care including mental health, second opinions, and moreSimple IRA retirement plan with employer matching up to 3% of wagesAflac supplemental insurancePaid Time OffMonthly bonus starting at $200 for full time employees and $75 for part time employees.Free membership to the Sisters Athletic ClubDiscounted services at on-site spaEmployee referral programLodging discounts at sister propertiesHoodoo Ski Area discountsSchedule: Typical 10am-6:30pm schedule.Sundays are required.Average of 32-40 hours.
